St John's Church of England School

St John's take part in many musical events throughout the year, such as Harrow music festivals, regional and national competitions, performing in the local community and at the local churches. We have a fantastic orchestra that meets weekly, a large recorder club and two amazing choirs (Junior and Infant). The children enjoy singing and playing their instruments at these events and have always received excellent feedback.

Once a year, St John's hosts two "Musical Extravaganzas".  This is a time of celebration for all the children learning instruments in the school to perform to their friends and parents.  These events really encourage the children in their musical journey, especially those who have only begun learning the instrument that year.
