Year 2 Recorder Concert
The children in Year 2 have been working hard all year learning how to play the recorder. They not only learnt how to play different notes, but they were also learning how to read music too.
The children from both classes showed their parents a wide repertoire of pieces that they had learnt over the year, which also clearly demonstrated the progression they had made on the instrument. One year 2 boy also asked to play a solo of a piece he had learnt to play at home all by himself.
