World Music Festival

St John's Orchestra took part in the Harrow World Music Festival on Tuesday 26th April at the Elliot Hall in Harrow. It was the first live concert after covid and it was so good to be back hearing lots of live music again.

There were a wide range of performances from Tabla groups, West African drumming, choirs, Harmonium groups, Steel Pans and of course St John's Orchestra. We chose to play Folk Dances which is a suite of four folk dances from around the world. The children played amazingly well and received a huge around of applause at the end.

Unfortunately we do not have any pictures from the evening, but a wonderful time was had by all.
